A perfect powder day in Adelboden, Switzerland
what I like in your shots, is that always you achieve to give an idea of the slop making them very impressive. More over, even if it seems to be taken under bad conditons (slop, moving subject) you always have a good composition.

Nice and fast shot and u got a good composition. Just wanna ask, any problems with the camera while taking at this kind of freezing cold country?

@Levine: Thanks for your comment. Taking shots in the cold used to be a problem with film as it could semi freeze and then could snap. Now with digital, it is just a matter of keeping the battery warm. Most of the time, even though it is snowy the temperatures are really not that low - it is only when you go really high and are in the shade alot that it is v. cold.
Beautiful action shot! Love the compo and colors!

@Daniel: Thanks for your comment - I agree. I have a problem with my developing/workflow that end up with them looking slightly washed out, while other sites still have lovely punchy shots. I think this may be a combination of conversion to web use and also my screen as I am still using my laptop (calibrated) but need to buy a proper screen - Do you have any other suggestions? My histograms are all pretty good..
WOW - Fabulous shot Penny........fabulous capture of the action. Congrats on being Featured! :)
